Returns / Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our business we will not accept any returns, exchanges or provide refunds on items purchased from the online store, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to the efforts of Jungle Inc. We will not except returns on items that do not fit, as long as the items is the size the customer ordered. We recommend that all customers contact your team representative to learn more about sizes.  If name or design is wrong and is the fault of Jungle Inc., we will need the item returned and a replacement will be sent. Delivery:

All products have different production schedules. We recommend that you contact our office to receive a more exact production time. Orders are normally shipped UPS Ground, unless we are informed otherwise.
